Project Description
The project that was proposed in the IT Strategic Plan was the Warehouse Inventory Tracking Project. The project will create a way to track freight that is in any terminal at any given point in time. This will help GGFRT have an idea of what each terminal holds throughout the day, giving them more information on what amount of customer product they can store in each terminal. The dispatchers, fleet managers, and salespersons would use it.
