In my opinion, the evaluation that is requested by the warden should be completed to make sure that the inmate is in a way screened for any dangerousness that can be a risk to the public. In his opinion, the warden firmly believes that the inmate is still dangerous and therefore if rendered a parole, he will be a threat to the public safety. However, the evaluation should not be done as per the instructions of the warden. Psychological practices including patient confidentiality, among other rampant standards of care, apply in prison the same way they apply to the outside community.
